Three quiet rituals for a new pan.
- 01Unbox slowly. Read the maker card. Run your finger along the rim where the hammer met the steel.
- 02Wash gently in warm soapy water. Dry with a linen cloth, never paper.
- 03Set it on the hob. Bring it slowly to temperature. Cook the first thing - eggs, always eggs.
