United Kingdom
Standard shipping is £6.50 and arrives in two to three working days, via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express shipping is £12 and arrives next working day if ordered before 13:00 GMT.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over £75 - which is every one of our pans except, briefly, when accessories are bought alone.
European Union
We ship to all EU member states via DHL Express. Shipping is £18, taking three to five working days. Duties and import VAT are pre-paid at checkout, so there are no surprises at the door.
Rest of the world
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, and Japan via DHL Express. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout - typically £28–£42 per pan. Import duties may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order processing
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT on a working day are packed the same afternoon and dispatched the following morning. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, weekend, or UK bank holiday are dispatched on the next working morning.
You will receive an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves the workshop.
A note on packaging
We use 100% recycled cardboard, paper tape, and shredded paper from our own offcuts. There is no plastic in any of our packaging. The box and contents are recyclable and compostable.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, write to support@hehagoods.com within seven days with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement and the return at our cost, without questions.
