What we collect
When you place an order we store your name, delivery address, billing address, email, and telephone. When you write to us we store the message and your email. When you visit the site we collect anonymous usage data so we can make the site better.
We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we receive only a token confirming the transaction was successful.
How we use it
Your details are used to fulfil your order, to write back to your messages, and - only if you have asked - to send you our monthly letter. We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.
You may unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any letter, or by writing to support@hehagoods.com.
Who we share it with
Our shipping partners (Royal Mail, DHL, DPD) receive only the address and contact details needed to deliver your order. Our payment partner (Stripe) processes your payment. Our email partner (Postmark) sends order confirmations. That is the entire list.
We have never sold customer data and never will. If our policy on this ever changes, we will write to every customer first.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years (a UK accounting requirement). Marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to forget them. Anonymous analytics are aggregated and kept for two years.
You may request a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@hehagoods.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (your basket, your preferences) and an anonymous analytics cookie. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or tracking pixels from social networks.
