The scent of our workshop on a winter morning - cedar warming on the hob, a thread of woodsmoke from the foundry next door, and quince from the tree in the courtyard. The Ember is the only thing we make that you do not cook on.

- -One litre - six to nine months of quiet diffusion

- -Hand-poured in a cut-glass flacon you will want to keep
Looking after it
- -Turn the reeds once a fortnight for a steady scent.
- -Keep out of direct sunlight; the flacon will thank you.
- -When empty, the glass becomes a small vase - that is the point.
